The following files are available for download so you can print them. Feel free to post them at events, shelters, vet offices, training centers and other places people and dogs gather (get permission to post these of course!)
Please present as professional an image as possible by using high quality paper (such as "business gloss") and full color printing. Many of these are two sided and if regular paper is used, it will not look good. Please don't print these using "draft" or "fast" settings.
DSA Brochure - This brochure has general info about DSA, includes the new office address and tells people about the organization. It's great for all locations and events. Prints as a tri-fold. You'll need to be able to print page one on one side of the paper and page 2 on the other side.
DSA Certification Program - This brochure is a two sided tri-fold that explains how to earn badges, how to start a troop and how to become a Scoutmaster/Evaluator. Great for events and for locations that don't yet have a troop or have a brand new troop. Best used in conjunction with the DSA Brochure above.
One page flyer for troops - A one page flyer to help grow your troop membership. Great for all locations. This is a Word document so you can modify the information to suit your needs. You will likely need to change all the underlined text (and then remove the underlining.) If your troop has a nice group photo, feel free to update the photo used as well.
Top 10 reasons to leash your dog - A one page flyer reminding people why it is important to keep their dog on a leash and contained. These are great for all locations and could even be carried and ready to hand out to folks in public places that are being less than responsible.
Do you live with a bad dog? - This is a two sided tri-fold brochure about how to use reward training to change a dog's behavior using "everyday training." Great for people who don't like formal training sessions, are really busy or need some help understanding how it works.
Safe Travel page 1 and
Safe Travel page 2 - These are separate pages, but meant to be printed as a two sided tri-fold brochure. This will help people understand the need for securing their dog in the vehicle when they travel any distance, even short trips to the park or pet store. It also explains the use of dog seatbelts and crates.
